BioTerms & Conditions
1. We only do payments via transfer of POSB bank or IBANKING.
2. All payments have to be made within 24hours, otherwise it will be up for sale again.
3. Leave a comment only if you are very sure of purchasing the item/s.
4. Should you wish to back out after we have sent you your payment invoice, you will be blacklisted. We would appreciate if you would send an email to notify us.
5. Strictly No Exchanges, No Refunds, No Trades and No Reservations.
7. Prices are all fixed.
Ordering Info:
1. Simply leave a comment with your name, valid email address and the item that you wish to purchase.
2. We will send you an invoice with the payment details as soon as possible.
3. Priority would be given to those who confirms their purchase in their comment.
4. Items are all based on a first-come-first-served system.
Delivery:
1. Strictly Normal or Registered mails.
2. Normal Mail: $1.50 Registered Mail: Additional $2.00 on top of the normal mail
3. Normal mails would be despatched within 3 working days.
4. Registered mails would be despatched within 3-5 working days.
